I believe my system has pre-installed Bluetooth hardware because it originally came with pre-installed Bluetooth radios and was working perfectly before the formatting. The drivers were successfully installed, but no BT radios and icon are showing. I later changed to Windows 7 yet BT was not showing. I have downloaded and install " sp46063"-HP Bluetooth driver for Win 7 (32 bits), followed by " sp45222"-HP Wireless Assistant Driver for Win 7(32 bits) to turn on the Bluetooth. My internal Bluetooth disappeared from device manager, after i formatted the system.
